Why We Built This
The supplement market is worth over $150 billion globally — and a significant portion of that is built on misleading claims, inflated testimonials, and marketing dressed up as science. For most consumers, it’s nearly impossible to separate what actually works from what just sounds good on a label.
Supplement Elite was built to fix that. We review health and wellness supplements with the same rigor you’d expect from a product analyst: looking at the actual ingredients, the doses used, the available clinical research, and whether the product’s claims are supported by its formula.
We don’t work for brands. We don’t accept payment for positive reviews. Our editorial assessments are independent — and that’s not a marketing line, it’s the foundation this site is built on.

No brand pays us to write favorable reviews. Our scores and conclusions are determined entirely by our assessment criteria — not by commercial relationships.
Research-First
Every ingredient we evaluate is assessed against published research. We distinguish between ingredients with strong clinical backing, preliminary evidence, and those that are purely speculative.
Transparency About Affiliates
We do earn commissions through affiliate links. We disclose this clearly on every review page and in our Affiliate Disclosure. It never influences our ratings.
No Inflated Scores
We score products based on merit. A product with a weak formula gets a low score, regardless of its commercial popularity or how much commission it generates.
Realistic Expectations
We don’t amplify marketing claims. When a product’s promised results are unsupported by its formula or the available evidence, we say so — clearly.
Ongoing Updates
Supplement formulations change. Research evolves. We revisit and update our reviews when formulas are modified or when new evidence becomes relevant.
How We Review a Supplement

We compare the product’s marketing claims against what the formula can realistically support. Misleading or exaggerated claims reduce the product’s overall score.

Scoring
Each product receives an editorial score from 1 to 10, based on ingredient quality, formula transparency, dose accuracy, and claim honesty. Scores are not influenced by affiliate commissions.

Publication & Updates
Reviews are published with a clear verdict and full ingredient breakdown. We update reviews when product formulations change or new relevant research is published.
